The stages of production at the factory, from incoming material to dispatch.

  1. 01

    Block reception & material handling

    Receiving natural stone blocks, initial inspection, storage and movement within the factory.

    Block cutting

    Cutting raw blocks into slabs or strips at the required thicknesses.

    Slab processing

    Preparing slabs and treating their surfaces ahead of finishing.

  4. 04

    Surface finishing & polishing

    Giving the surface its specified finish, such as polished or honed.

    Overhead gantry cranes

    Lifting and moving blocks and slabs around the factory, and loading them onto trucks in the yard.
